Silicone rings do not come in half sizes so if you are a half size normally, you would go a half size down for a Silicone band.

Our best recommendation is to get sized at your local jeweler for free:) Make sure to size for a comfort-fit style and the width or ring you are looking to buy, no worries, let the jeweler know and they'll be able to best take care of you.

Our next best recommendation would be to take a piece of string and wrap around the finger, lay it out flat and measure how long it is.   Use our Ring Size chart (found on most of the images of our listings) to find your size.
